Over the two and a half years, we’ve invested deeply in strengthening our team, systems, and culture so we can truly live our values internally. That internal work allows us to show up more consistently and thoughtfully for students, families, educators, program partners, and funders.

Being featured by McKinsey affirmed something we’ve long felt: when our foundation is strong, our impact is stronger —and it allows us to scale the organization sustainably. It means better-designed programs, stronger partnerships, and a healthier organization that can grow alongside the girls who inspire us every day.
