Casi is an experienced educator and leader with a passion for bringing high quality, equitable experiences to historically excluded communities. Over 15 years of experience in STEM education has nurtured a deep love for leading the delivery of high quality curriculum, programming, and support to fellow educators. She has experience as an educator in both formal and informal classrooms and knows how to bring fun and engaging experiences to her youth and adult students.
Casi's passion for STEM education is rooted in her childhood. As a curious child, she didn't find a lot of spaces of belonging where she could explore her curiosity and excitement about the natural world. From early in her career, she knew she wanted to change that experience for curious children like her. She enjoys spending her free time raising animals and gardening. She lives on a hobby farm with her wife and two daughters.
