Site Directors assume overall leadership of an Academy site and are the representatives of Project Scientist in the communities they serve. They develop a creative and fun STEM -oriented environment that empowers young girls to develop a love of learning and confidence in STEM. LEARN MORE>>
Academy Operations Managers assist the Site Director in overall leadership of an Academy site. They own the talent lifecycle, coaching, and development of Student Fellows and create a fun and exciting Fellowship program. LEARN MORE>>
STEM Teachers bring STEM to life for girls using methods that engage and excite them. They're not only teachers, but also leaders and mentors to our students. LEARN MORE>>
